TREATMENTS

What is the duration of the treatment on each day? What do we do the rest of the day?

The duration of each treatment is one hour and more treatments / procedures will be scheduled depending on the medical condition on each day. You have to take complete rest during the treatment period. A courtyard is available with walking space.

What should we bring when we come there for treatment? Say test results, clothing etc..

You should bring all the relevant medical reports and clothing for your daily use.

Do I necessarily need a bystander during in-patient treatment?

Not necessary. If you are adequately motile and confident of managing yourself, our support staff will ensure that you are fully taken care of.

Are there rooms with attached bathroom?

Yes. All our rooms are attached with bathroom and toilet.

Are the rooms equipped with fridge, television, Wi-Fi etc..? What are all the facilities

Fridge, TV, Wi-Fi are available in Deluxe Rooms and TV available in semi deluxe rooms.

Is there cooking facility in rooms?

No.

Can I bring food from my home?

No, it is essential for the patients to consume the food prepared as per the instructions from the Doctors.

Do you have a canteen/restaurant facility in the hospital?

Yes. Vegetarian canteen. Food for patients and bystander is provided in their rooms.

Is there any additional charge for attendants staying in the room?

One attendant is allowed to stay with the patient without any extra charge. If there is more than one, Rs 500 /day is charged as extra. If the patient is less than 10 years of age, two attendants are allowed without any additional charge.

Is there any additional amount the patient is supposed to pay other than the accommodation charges, medicine cost and treatment cost?

The patient has to pay for food. Additional services such as Wi-Fi, Laundry etc are chargeable. (Wi-Fi in deluxe room is not charged)

Can we go for sightseeing during the leisure time?

No. Limited outings to nearby places such as nearby temples are allowed during the day, depending upon the nature of disease and lines of treatment. You need to take prior permission from the treating doctors.

Do you arrange pick-up from railway station/airport?

Yes. We shall arrange vehicles on request from the patients.

Do you have wheelchair facility in the hospital?

Yes. But if the patient needs exclusive wheel chair for whole day, he/she has to bring it.

Can I avail consultation through online?

Yes, you can book for online consultation through email.

How long will it take to reply for on-line consultation and how much do you charge?

We shall get back to you within 2 working days in reply to the on-line consultation. Consultation is 100% free. For video consultation, Rs .1000 is charged per consultation.

Do you have parking facility in the hospital?

Limited parking facility is available.

Do you start the treatment on the same day of admission?

Book your room in advance and if you arrive before 10 am, treatment can be arranged on same day.

Do you have separate masseurs for male/female patients?

Yes.

Do you send ayurvedic medicines abroad? If yes, whom should we contact?

Yes. We do send medicines throughout India .Outside India we send only to the countries with favorable laws/ customs formalities for importing ayurvedic medicines for personal use.

Please tell us about the climate. Should we bring any sweaters or rugs?

The climate is moderate. No warm clothing is required.

Please inform us whether the admission/discharge is possible on Sunday or not?

Admission/discharge is possible on Sundays.

What do I need to do during post-hospitalization stage?

You should follow the advice on discharge and present for review at stipulated periods. Post-hospitalization rest and medication are highly important for obtaining lasting results.

COURSE DURATION

Is the treatment under a single doctor or a group of doctors during the whole course?

The treatment is under the group of doctors headed by our Chief Physician.

What is the duration of the treatment? What is the normal treatment period as an in-patient?

In general, the treatment period ranges from 14 to 21 days. In exceptional cases, it is extended, depending on the patient’s recovery

COMMON

Can I undergo a rejuvenation therapy in your institution for a certain number of days? Whom should I contact?

Yes, you can definitely undergo rejuvenation therapy in our institution. You may kindly contact our doctors with a details in terms of the on-line questionnaire for obtaining advice in this regard.

Is there any treatment to reduce the weight?

A combination of appropriate medicines, special massage like Udwarthanam , medicated enema and adequate restrictions in diet is seen effective in reducing weight. However drastic reduction cannot be expected. The exact modalities of the treatment will be decided only after a personal examination.

PAYMENT

What are the various payment modes? Do you accept foreign currency?

We accept cash, Demand Drafts, VISA and Master cards (credit or Debit) and Multicity cheque (at par cheque) of nationalized banks in India. Online transfer of amount (bank transfer) is also possible. Foreign currency is accepted but not cheques.

Which Insurance company is associated with you?

Almost all Insurance Companies settle claims supported by our documents and discharge summary. Cashless settlement of bill is not allowed.

We do provide all relevant documents on request for getting reimbursement. Please get the list of documents required from your insurance company.
